Hackathon Judging Rubric (100 Points Total)
1. Best Use of Google Gemini AI Assistant (20 points)
What to look for: Meaningful, well-integrated AI usage
16–20 (Excellent):
 Deep, thoughtful integration of Google Gemini AI Assistant that enhances core functionality. AI is essential to the product and clearly improves user experience.
11–15 (Good):
 Solid use of Gemini with clear value, though not fully central to the product.
6–10 (Fair):
 Basic or somewhat surface-level integration. AI is present but not impactful.
0–5 (Poor):
 Minimal, unclear, or unnecessary use of AI.

2. User Interface & Experience (20 points)
What to look for: Usability, clarity, and design quality
16–20 (Excellent):
 Intuitive, polished, and cohesive design. Users can navigate effortlessly with minimal explanation.
11–15 (Good):
 Generally clear and usable, with minor friction or inconsistencies.
6–10 (Fair):
 Some usability issues; users may need guidance to understand flows.
0–5 (Poor):
 Confusing, cluttered, or difficult to navigate.

3. Innovation & Impact (20 points)
What to look for: Creativity and real-world value
16–20 (Excellent):
 Highly original idea with strong potential impact. Solves a meaningful problem in a compelling way.
11–15 (Good):
 Solid concept with some creative elements and clear usefulness.
6–10 (Fair):
 Somewhat conventional idea with limited differentiation or impact.
0–5 (Poor):
 Lacks originality or clear purpose.

4. Technical Execution (20 points)
What to look for: Functionality and technical quality
16–20 (Excellent):
 Prototype works smoothly with well-implemented features. Strong technical understanding is evident.
11–15 (Good):
 Most features work; minor bugs or gaps in execution.
6–10 (Fair):
 Partial implementation or reliance on mockups; technical approach may be unclear.
0–5 (Poor):
 Major functionality issues or lack of working components.

5. Presentation Skills (20 points)
What to look for: Communication and delivery
16–20 (Excellent):
 Clear, engaging, and well-structured presentation. Strong demo and confident Q&A.
11–15 (Good):
 Good explanation with minor clarity or delivery issues.
6–10 (Fair):
 Somewhat unclear or disorganized presentation.
0–5 (Poor):
 Difficult to follow or incomplete presentation.
